We assist with everyday living to build independence and confidence.
Our team helps with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and in-home support. We also support you to engage in the community- whether it’s going shopping, attending a local event, catching up with friends, enjoying a recreational activity, or having someone by your side at your appointments. We’re here to make those moments more accessible, enjoyable, and empowering.

Support Coordination

At Pathway2Support Services, our Support Coordinators are here to guide participants through every step of their NDIS journey. We help individuals understand their plan, connect with the right providers and build the skills needed to manage their supports. Whether you're new to the NDIS or navigating complex challenges, we offer tailored support through all three levels of Support Coordination. Our team is committed to person-centred practice, advocacy and empowering participants to achieve their goals with clarity and confidence. ​

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supporting you to live independently, with the right care and consistency.
We provide SIL services for participants with higher support needs, helping them live at home with trained support workers. Our goal is to promote autonomy while ensuring safety and comfort.
